Job Overview
Carelink Healthcare LLP is seeking compassionate, skilled, and responsible Live-In Homecare Nurses to provide safe, professional, and personalized nursing care to clients in the comfort of their homes.
The Live-In Homecare Nurse will be responsible for providing continuous nursing support, monitoring the client's health condition, administering prescribed medications and treatments, assisting with activities of daily living, and coordinating with physicians, physiotherapists, family members, and the Carelink clinical team as required.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong clinical competence, compassion, patience, integrity, and the ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards and respecting the privacy and dignity of the client.
Key Responsibilities• Provide 24-hour live-in nursing support according to the client's care plan and clinical requirements.
• Conduct regular monitoring and assessment of the client's health condition and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments strictly as prescribed by the physician.
• Provide wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, injections, and other nursing procedures within the nurse's scope of practice.
• Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, mobility, positioning, and other activities of daily living when required.
• Support nutrition and hydration according to the client's care plan.
• Monitor changes in the client's physical and emotional condition and report concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing records, care notes, medication records, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with physicians, physiotherapists, caregivers, family members, and Carelink's clinical team.
• Provide appropriate support for elderly, post-operative, chronically ill, palliative, and dependent clients.
• Follow infection prevention and control practices and maintain a safe care environment.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and seek medical assistance when required.
• Provide emotional support and companionship while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Respect the client's privacy, dignity, cultural values, preferences, and confidentiality.
• Educate and guide family members regarding appropriate care practices where required.
• Ensure proper handling and safe use of nursing equipment and medical supplies.
• Follow all Carelink Healthcare policies, clinical protocols, professional standards, and applicable regulations.
Required Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (GNM / PCL / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent).
• Valid nursing registration/license in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Relevant clinical or homecare nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in elderly care, chronic disease management, post-operative care, critical care, or palliative care will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a home environment.

Live-In Role Requirements
As this is a live-in position, the nurse is expected to stay at the client's residence during the assigned duty period and provide nursing support in accordance with the agreed care plan and duty schedule.
The nurse should maintain appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality while respecting the client's home, family, lifestyle, and personal preferences. Adequate rest periods and duty arrangements should be maintained in accordance with applicable employment terms and Carelink policies.
